These Terms govern your use of chinara.store, operated by Chinara Tea & Coffee ("Chinara", "we", "us"). By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order.

PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS
We curate products from independent makers. Product descriptions, ingredients, specifications and images are supplied by those makers. We reproduce them in good faith but cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or current. Always read the packaging before consuming a product. If a detail matters to your decision, contact us before ordering and we will confirm it with the maker.

Colors and finishes may vary slightly from images depending on your screen.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
All prices are in United States dollars and exclude taxes, which are calculated at checkout. We may change prices and product availability at any time without notice. Changes do not affect orders already accepted.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you receive an order confirmation. We will always contact you first.

ORDERS
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, where an item is unavailable, or where we cannot ship to your address.

FOOD PRODUCTS, ALLERGENS AND HEALTH
Products sold here are food and beverage items, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Allergen and ingredient information is provided by the maker and printed on the product packaging. If you have an allergy or a medical condition, or you are pregnant or nursing, read the packaging and consult a qualified healthcare professional before consuming any product — especially functional or adaptogenic products.

Statements about functional and adaptogenic ingredients have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Chinara name, site design, original photography and written content are owned by Chinara Tea & Coffee. Maker names, logos and product imagery belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell. You may not copy, republish or use our content commercially without written permission.

ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not use this site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
This site runs on Shopify and uses third-party services for payments, shipping and analytics. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their part of the transaction.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

CHANGES
We may update these Terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
