The root is provenance.

When a maker can trace a tea, coffee or piece of equipment, we show the source. When they cannot, we do not invent one.

Brewing instructions, ingredients, processing and technical specifications belong beside the product — not buried in folklore.

The final purpose is simple: a better cup, a little more time, and room for one more person.
